All internship registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the admission has been confirmed.

The internship fee covers:

• Seat reservation
• Live online classes
• Mentor allocation
• Learning resources
• Administrative processing
• Project guidance
• Technical support
• Assessment process
• Therefore, refunds will not be provided after successful registration.

Applicants are advised to carefully review:

• before making any payment.

Payment indicates acceptance of all applicable policies.

If a participant voluntarily withdraws from the internship after registration:

• No refund will be issued.
• No partial refund will be provided.
• Fees cannot be transferred to another person or another batch unless Techobit Technology explicitly approves such transfer.

If Techobit Technology cancels an internship program before it begins and is unable to offer an alternative batch, an appropriate refund or suitable alternative may be offered at the company's discretion.

For website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, AI automation, or other client projects:

• Advance payments made for completed work or work already initiated are generally non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, charges may apply based on the work completed.
• Any project-specific payment terms agreed in writing will prevail.

Services and internship access are activated only after successful payment verification.

Customers are requested to contact Techobit Technology before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and appropriate legal action where applicable.

Refund requests due to technical issues, duplicate payments, or payment processing errors will be reviewed individually. Where Techobit Technology determines that a duplicate or erroneous payment has occurred, an appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable, may be provided.
